Research Interests
Dr. Huang has primarily focused on mammalian zinc transporter proteins and their roles in maintaining body zinc homeostasis, regulating body adiposity, insulin sensitivity, and insulin secretion. Her work involves in cell lines, mouse models of human diseases and samples from human subjects.
