Luyao Ma, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Dept. of Food Sciences and Technology, Oregon State University
Dr. Ma earned her BS in Food Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2014 and her MSc (2017) and PhD (2021) in Food Science from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining OSU, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Florida State University (2023-2024) and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Davis (2021-2023).
