Isabelle McDonald-Gilmartin, Ph.D. Candidate, University of California, Davis, presents “Rolling through life: abnormal oral behaviors in dairy cattle".

Isabelle is a Ph.D. candidate in the UC Davis Animal Science Department, whose dissertation has focused on abnormal behaviors. Isabelle is broadly interested in how the way we house captive animals influences their welfare, and how we can improve these animals’ lives. Isabelle plans to pursue a career teaching animal science at the collegiate level, and in her free time enjoys reading and going to the movies with her friends.
