Dr. Lingzhao Fang, Aarhus University, Denmark, presents "The Farm Animal Genotype-Tissue Expression (FarmGTEx) Project for Advancing Agri-culture and Biomedicine".

Dr. Lingzhao Fang is an assistant professor Center for Quantitative Genetics and Genomics (QGG), Aarhus University, Aarhus, Denmark. He is the chair of the integrative genomics section at QGG. His research interests lie in developing integrative genomics approaches to understand the genetic and biological determinants of molecular and complex phenotypes, as well as adaptive evolution. He initiated and is currently leading the Farm Animal Genotype-Tissue Expression (FarmGTx) project, which is an international consortium aiming to build a comprehensive catalogue of regulatory variants (e.g., eQTL) across a wide range of cells and tissues in farm animal species.
