Thank you for your interest in applying to UC Davis' Undergraduate Public Health Scholars Program!


This program is open to UC Davis undergraduates who have completed at least 3 years of their undergraduate degree and have at least 1 more year prior to graduation.

Completing the Application
To successfully complete this application, you will need the following information:

  • Your UCD ID number [optional for new transfer student applicants] 
  • Your current cumulative college GPA 
  • Number of units completed toward your UCD degree 
  • Description of how program participation will help you attain your research, educational, or career goal(s) (1,000 characters, including spaces); and
  • Personal statement (5,000 characters, including spaces), describing how your background and experiences (personal, educational and professional) motivate your interest in public health and your commitment to health equity.

Deadlines:

  • The application is due no later than February 18, 2025 at 11:59pm.
