The Aggie Tutorial Farm Is Open

Though classrooms and laboratories may be closed, College of Biological Sciences faculty, students and staff are finding new ways to support one another's educational needs during the coronavirus pandemic.

Distinguished Professor Jodi Nunnari, Associate Professor Bruce Draper, Information Technology Specialist Hemang Patel and undergraduate students Lauren Anderson and Andrew Wood recently created the Aggie Tutorial Farm, a website that curates useful data analysis tutorials. From beginner's guides to electron microscopy and machine learning to R and Python programming toolkits, the website is a living resource that will continuously evolve and expand.

"These tutorials will be useful for post-docs, students and faculty to learn new skills, especially during these times when access to hands-on research is restricted," said Nunnari.
