Kevin Ringelman, Assistant Professor, University of California, Davis, presents “Integrating technology and behavior to advance waterfowl ecology and conservation".
Dr. Kevin Ringelman is an Assistant Professor in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology at UC Davis. He earned his B.S. from Cornell University in 2007 and his Ph.D. in the Graduate Group in Ecology from UC Davis in 2013. He spent 10 years at Louisiana State University as the H. Dall Hale Ducks Unlimited Endowed Professor of Wetlands and Waterfowl before arriving back to UC Davis in 2024. His research lies at the intersection of individual behavior, population demographics, and their application to the management of North American waterfowl.
