M. Nicolas Vernoux-Thélot, presents "Biology and Architecture: Interdisciplinarity for Sustainable Innovations".

Nicolas Vernoux-Thélot has a master degree in Architecture from Versailles school of Architecture and a master degree in hypermedia from the University of Paris VIII. He also has been training as a botanist from the National Museum of Natural History in Paris. His research interests include biomimicry and passive systems: low carbon structure, recycle low carbon materials, cooling and heating passiv architecture… His work having published in many architecture and scientific journals worldwide. He has been invited in many institution to give lectures such as television shows, radios, conferences and seminars. Nicolas Vernoux Thelot received multiple awards such as the ‘Public Prize of Paris Contemporary Architectures’, “Europe 40 Under 40 architects”, 'Architecture Masterprize', ‘International Architecture Award’ and ‘Green Solutions Award’. Since 2015, he’s professor at LISAA school, department of interior architecture and since 2019 at Sup Bio’Tech school of engineering, department of innovation. In 2023, he was invited faculty at CalPoly SLO.
